- 2 to 3 cups fresh spinach 1 cup strawberries, cut in pieces 1 cup blueberries 1/2 cup walnut pieces 1 large apple, chopped 1 large pear, chopped
- Combine all ingredients and toss well. Can add dressing to entire salad or let each person add their own dressing. Note: You can use all kinds of your favorite fruit and nuts such as kiwi, bananas, oranges, almonds. We like nuts better in salads than croutons and they are much better for you. Makes about 6 servings. Enjoy!
