- 3 tbsps of butter.
- 3 large eggs.
- ½ cup of sugar.
- 3 tbsps of self rising flour.
- 2 cups of milk.
- 15 oz can of drained whole kernel corn.
- In a 2 quart casserole dish, place the butter then heat in the oven as it preheats to 400°.
Mix together all the other ingredients in a bowl then pour over the melted butter.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until the pudding is set.
