Corn Pudding

Ingredients :

  • 3 tbsps of butter.
  • 3 large eggs.
  • ½ cup of sugar.
  • 3 tbsps of self rising flour.
  • 2 cups of milk.
  • 15 oz can of drained whole kernel corn.

Directions :

  1. In a 2 quart casserole dish, place the butter then heat in the oven as it preheats to 400°.
    Mix together all the other ingredients in a bowl then pour over the melted butter.
    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until the pudding is set.
