Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredients :

  • 2 lbs of skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size chunks.
  • Dry breadcrumbs.
  • ½ cup of milk.
  • 1 egg beaten with milk.
  • 8 ounces of cubed swiss cheese.
  • 8 ounces of diced ham.
  • 1 (10 ¾ ounce) can cream of chicken soup.
  • 1 cup of milk.

Directions :

  1. In two separate bowls, place the breadcrumbs and egg.
    Dip the chicken chunks in the egg and milk mixture then coat with breadcrumbs.
    Cook the chunks in a little oil until golden brown and place them in a baking dish.
    Spread the cheese and ham over the chicken and pour the mixture of soup and 1 cup of milk over the top.
    In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
