- 1/2 lb. Sausage, cooked
- 1 C. Cheese, grated
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 C. Milk
- 1/2 C. Bisquick
- 1/4 C. Butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- dash pepper
- Grease muffin tin and preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Divide sausage and cheese among muffin cups.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of one of the breakfast casserole bites comes out clean.
Serve immediately, or store in an air tight container in the fridge.
