- ½ cup low-fat or fat-free yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ¼ tablespoon ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons whey powder
- Mix all of these together and put them in a blender. Blend them for a while (1 minute).
