- 2 cups of whole wheat flour.
- 1 tsp of baking soda.
- ¼ tsp of salt.
- ½ cup of sugar free applesauce.
- ¾ cup of honey.
- 2 beaten eggs.
- 3 mashed overripe bananas.
- Mix together the flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
In a second bowl, mix the applesauce and honey, add in eggs and mashed bananas and stir until well combined.
Add the banana mixture to the flour mixture and mix just to moisten.
In a lightly greased 9×5 loaf pan, pour the batter and bake for 60 to 65 minutes in a preheated oven to 350 degrees.
Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack.
